To enhance the overall vendor experience and ensure a more structured onboarding
process, the platform has officially released its New Vendor Guidelines as of April
10, 2025.
These guidelines have been introduced after careful evaluation of vendor
performance, user feedback, and evolving market dynamics. They aim to streamline
interactions between vendors and buyers, ensuring transparency, quality control, and
timely delivery of services.
📌 Key Highlights:
- Verification Process: All new vendors must complete the
mandatory verification process, including ID proof, business registration,
and address validation.
- Product Listing Standards: Vendors are now required to
maintain high-resolution images, accurate product descriptions, and category
compliance for each listing.
- Delivery Time Commitments: Updated SLAs (Service Level
Agreements) for delivery timelines must be met to avoid penalties or account
warnings.
- Customer Communication: Vendors are encouraged to use the
in-platform chat system to respond to queries within 24 hours.
- Review Management: Guidelines on handling negative reviews
have been added, ensuring respectful engagement and dispute resolution.
📋 Implementation Timeline:
These guidelines come into effect immediately for all new vendor
registrations.
Existing vendors have until April 30, 2025, to comply with the
new standards.
🚀 Goal of the Update:
This update is part of our continuous effort to improve marketplace quality and
customer satisfaction
while supporting vendors with clearer policies and fair practices.
